Terms of Service
By utilizing WaiNode, you enter into a binding legal agreement. Our service provides high-performance AI website generation, hosting, and domain management tools.
Absolute No-Refund Policy
WaiNode operates on a strict NO-REFUND policy. Due to the immediate allocation of server infrastructure, domain registration API commitments, and AI computing resources required for website generation, all transactions are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for any reason, including dissatisfaction with AI-generated layouts or failure to export site files within active subscription windows.
1.1 User Conduct
You agree not to use our tools for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the content, assets, configurations, and communication tools deployed through our platform.
1.2 Domain Name Registration & Ownership
WaiNode provides domain search, registration, and management tools integrated through accredited registrar APIs. By registering or renewing a domain through WaiNode, you agree to the following terms:
- Registration Finality: Domain registrations are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once submitted to the central registry.
- Contact Accuracy: You are responsible for providing valid, accurate WHOIS ownership information. Providing false details may lead to immediate domain suspension by ICANN or registry authorities.
- Renewals & Expiration: Domain renewals must be completed prior to the expiration date. WaiNode is not liable for lost domain names or third-party acquisition resulting from failed or late renewal payments.
1.3 Hosting & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To guarantee optimal performance, speed, and server integrity for all platform users, hosted websites and accounts are subject to our Fair Usage Policy:
- Resource Allocation: Shared server resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, and concurrent connections) are designed for standard business and personal web traffic. Accounts exceeding reasonable thresholds may be throttled or migrated.
- Prohibited Use: Hosting infrastructure may not be used for file-sharing mirrors, crypto mining, bulk spam mailing, malware distribution, torrent hubs, or public streaming pipelines.
- Account Actions: Violations of our Fair Usage Policy or hosting abusive content will result in immediate suspension without refund.
Privacy & Data Respect

2.1 We Do Not Share Your Data
Your personal information, email, and generated website configurations are strictly confidential. We never sell, trade, or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
2.2 Project Data & Security
We respect your privacy and data ownership. All generated website assets, hosting files, and temporary project metadata are protected under strict security controls to ensure your workspace remains private.
Secure Infrastructure
We use industry-leading encryption and isolated server environments to ensure that your account, domain configurations, and digital assets remain secure across our hosting infrastructure.
2.3 Identity Protection
We only collect the minimum information necessary to manage your account, process domain actions, and execute billing requests. We do not track your activity outside our system.
