Absolute No-Refund Policy
WaiNode operates on a strict NO-REFUND policy. Due to the immediate cost of GPU computing resources required for AI generation, all transactions are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for any reason, including dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or failure to download files within the 24-hour window.
1.1 User Conduct
You agree not to use our tools for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the resulting content you generate.
Privacy & Data Respect

2.1 We Do Not Share Your Data
Your personal information, email, and generated prompts are strictly confidential. We never sell, trade, or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
2.2 Automatic 24-Hour Purge
We respect your "Right to be Forgotten." All generated videos and temporary metadata are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers exactly 24 hours after generation. This ensures your creative history remains private and temporary.
